Booking terms
Review and customize these terms with a qualified local professional before launching publicly.
1. Appointment requests
Submitting a form or paying a deposit does not guarantee a specific technician or arrival time until the business confirms the appointment. Time windows may change because of traffic, project delays, weather, or emergencies.
2. Estimates and scope
Website prices and automated responses are general starting ranges, not final quotes. Final pricing depends on the confirmed scope, materials, access, site conditions, labor, disposal, parking, and applicable taxes or fees.
3. Booking deposit
The deposit reserves the appointment request and is applied to the final invoice when the work proceeds. The remaining balance is due under the payment terms stated on the final invoice.
4. Cancellations
Unless a different written agreement applies, deposits are refundable for cancellations made at least 24 hours before a confirmed appointment. Late cancellations, inaccessible properties, or no-shows may result in a non-refundable deposit. If the business cancels, the deposit will be refunded.
5. Materials and site conditions
Customers must disclose known hazards and provide safe access, utilities, parking instructions, building rules, and required permissions. Unexpected conditions may require a revised scope or a new appointment.
6. Licensed and permitted work
The business only accepts work allowed under applicable law and its qualifications. Requests requiring permits or specialized licenses may be referred to appropriately licensed professionals.
7. Media uploads
Customers confirm that they have the right to upload project photos and videos. Uploads are used to assess, schedule, document, and communicate about the requested service.
8. Warranty and disputes
Any workmanship warranty should be stated on the final written invoice. Customers should report concerns promptly so the business can inspect and respond.
